Our
dogs enjoy the freedom of scampering around the garden. The
most wonderful feature of our climate is that the dogs, with
very few exceptions, can be outdoors all day, every day of the
year. We do not have kennels - our family of Corgis all sleep
within the home as our pets.
In
addition to the Corgis, our varied pets include cats - which
means that when our puppies go to their new homes, they are
very much 'cat oriented'. As a hobby, we also keep aviaries
of various birds and we have a large pond of exotic ducks.
We
breed primarily for the improvement of the breed and success
in the show ring. Successes we have had many, and at this time
we have been the top Corgi breeders in South Africa for the
last six years.
